At the Computex 2024 expo, Asus showcased the ZenScreen Smart MS27UC, its first model featuring Google TV and a remote control with an integrated Google Assistant microphone.
This 27-inch 4K IPS panel boasts ultra-thin bezels. It comes with built-in 5W Harman Kardon speakers and a headphone jack on the rear panel.
One standout feature of this new monitor is the rear “pocket” where users can store a keyboard, mouse, or remote control. Other features include DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0 ports, USB-C (PD 90W), dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and Miracast support.
Additionally, Asus introduced several ProArt displays tailored for content creators. Among them is the ProArt Display 8K PA32KCX, touted as the “world’s first professional mini LED 8K monitor.” This 32-inch display offers a maximum brightness of 1200 nits.
It boasts professional-grade features such as a true 10-bit panel, 97% DCI-P3 (HDI) color gamut coverage, and auto-calibration. It also features two Thunderbolt 4 ports with up to 96W power delivery (alongside HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1).
The 27-inch ProArt 5K PA27JCV and the 32-inch ProArt 6K PA32QCV support resolutions of 5120 x 2880 and 6016 x 3384 respectively. While the display technology used wasn’t specified, they feature LuxPixel coating described as glare protection. Both come with metal stands.
Finally, Asus demonstrated the ZenScreen Duo OLED, a portable foldable monitor with dual displays. These are 14-inch panels with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. When unfolded, they transform into a 21-inch screen.
